QUESTION

Is our income enough and do I need joint sponsor?

Asked on Jan 11th, 2013 on Immigration - Utah
More details to this question:
My AOS interview for GC through USC (my wife who is naturalized citizen) is in February. I applied in November 2012. My wife's income for 2011 was $19,295 and she has a full-time job right now, so my lawyer said that I do not need joint sponsor, so I applied without joint sponsor. Now my USC wife is pregnant and she doesn't have health insurance but I have insurance through my dad's work. She might need to apply for Medicaid to deliver our baby. Is that going to cause problem in AOS interview? Please suggest if she should apply for Medicaid or not. Please help us.
