is shoplifting a significant misdeamenor for inmigration ?

More details to this question:
i was caught shoplifting when i was 18 years old for an item worth $ 60 dollars , i was arrested but i got out with a bail of $ 50 , then i had court a month later ,,,,where they gave me an ACD since it was my first offense , they told me just avoid getting arrested for 6 months . its been 3 years and still not getting in trouble . Can i still qualify for the DREAM ACT 2012 ?

This could be a significant misdemeanor which would make you ineligible for the DREAM Act deferred action. You should consult with a good immigration lawyer and make sure to bring the court dispositions to the meeting so they can review it.   Karen Weinstock Siskind Susser P.C.
