Is there a chance to get citizenship if I have a dismissed civil charge?

More details to this question:
I was arrested for selling tobacco to under age ( civil charge ) but it was dismissed. I do community service 20 hours and attend abc class and probation time for 3 months. After that, my judge dismissed he case. Is there any problem to apply US citizenship according to your experience? Is there any chance to get the citizenship?

There are certain types of crimes that can be an issue for Citizenship. Many of them are not issues at all. We need to look over the disposition documents and to do some research to tell you. We also need to figure out the timing and to see if the issue has an impact on your "good moral character".
