Is there a parole applicable for me to stay in the US?

More details to this question:
My company through lawyer has been trying to file PERM for EB green card but being denied for filing error. My H1B is expiring on October 31 2014 and is already in 7th year. I have a special need child under a program and 15 year old daughter attending school. It will be difficult for me to leave the US.

You should consider filing an application to recapture any time that you have spent outside of the U.S. during your H-1B validity period. This should give you enough time to get another PERM on file. Also, depending on your job, you may want to consider an EB-2 with a National Interest Waiver.
