Is there a way that I as a citizen could sponsor my husband's parents?

More details to this question:
My husband is not a U.S. citizen, but does have a green card. His parents are only able to come for 6 months to visit and we would like to have them come live with us.

There is no visa category by which a U.S. citizen may petition for a mother-in-law or father-in-law, nor is there a category by which your husband, as a Lawful Permanent Resident, may petition for his parents. Once your husband may become a U.S. citizen (generally the spouse of a U.S. citizen becomes eligible to apply to become a naturalized citizen as early as two years and nine months after becoming a Permanent Resident), he may sponsor his parents in the process by which they could become Permanent Residents. If your husband's parents may be eligible for an employment-based application, that is another topic that could be explored.
