Is there any chance for me to get dependent VISA now?

More details to this question:
I was an international student. I went US in December 2006. In 2009, my Student and Exchanged Visitor Program had been terminated because I forged my student work permit and my ISS officer found that. She mailed that they terminated my SEVIS. I didn't get any official letter as I immediately next day itself returned to my country. I never tried any VISA after that. Now my husband is going US on L1A. I also want to go with him. Can I apply for L2A now? I am worried and I really feel bad for what I did. Thanks in advance.
Your query is quite complicated and may require that you obtain a waiver. You should contact a qualified immigration lawyer to explore the issue of "materiality" with regard to your misrepresentation and whether you may be able to qualify for a waiver.
