Is there any way to expedite the process the I751 application?

More details to this question:
It has been three weeks since USCIS received my I-751 application, but I neither received a response nor the check has been cashed. Is this normal?

It typically takes about 7-14 days to get the receipt notice if you submitted the petition to the appropriate office. Until the check is cashed, there is no way for you to really follow up on the application. Do you have proof of delivery?

You should first confirm that your I-751 was in fact delivered to the appropriate Service Center. Hoping that you sent your I-751 by certified mail, contact the mailing company for confirmation. If it was in fact delivered, you should CIS customer service.

Yes, this can happen. Filings can be receipted in as quickly as the same day, or take a month or longer.

Unfortunately, it is normal. I tell my clients that I-751 cases take longer than almost any other type of case, and, there is no expedite process.

You should see if your application was received. Hopefully you used tracking mail? Things are a bit slow right now, at least for my applications- I believe it is the result of the H cap applications.
