Is there anyway I can become a permanent resident here in the us

Hi am a 27 year old living here in the US but I am hére on a B1 visa with my two kids A 5 and a 2 year old and when I came here I was almost 5months pregnant then after having my baby it took a little time to get better because I had a c sec Then by the time to get my baby papers my 6 months was way up and I did not want to go home and can't return knowing my baby was a citizen here so now am here and I would like to go back to school and get a job but don't know how to go about it Is there anything I can do?

Based upon the information provided you are not eligible for permanent residence. Giving birth to a child in the United States does not create a basis for you to remain in the country.
