More details to this question:
Hi, I had L1A visa stamped on my passport from last company where I was working as Manager. Now I completed 1 year with new company and they are also applying for my L1. Here I am working as Sr Manager and they are applying for my L1B. I asked immigration manager to consider L1A for me as I had already L1A stamped and now wowking as Sr Project Manager and Consultate might not reject it, Please share your suggestions.

Hi. This is up to your employer on how they want to apply for you. It does seem odd that you go from L1a to L1b. However, if your job has changed, then it is up to them to prove your job in the US and abroad. Good Luck.
