More details to this question:
In august 2012 I was enter in USA on Visitor visa (B1/B2)with my wife, we both have 10 years Multiple visa. I was return to India within 2 month and my wife was return after 5 month, in January 2013 before her I-94 expire. During her stay in USA she was bless with baby in November 2012 - and my daughter was born in USA. In January 2013 my wife came back to India with our baby's American passport. Now I wish to settle in USA with my family. Some of my friend has advise me to visit to USA on my visitor visa and after that I have to apply for change of status either H1 or F1. During my last visit I have make inquiry at some colleges in FL, and they inform me that they can enroll me as a student and issue I-20 and helping me for change of status. Is it possible to do that? And how can you provide your service in such case and what will be your fees for the same, and are you also helping for finding H 1sponsor?

It is possible to change status from B to F or H.  I can prepare and file the change of status application for you, but if you find a school to attend in F1 status, they should help you with that.  If you find an H1B employer, they should handlie the change of status as well.  I cannot help you find an H1B employer.
