I suspect that USCIS has already generated all of the receipts that met the selection for FY 2014, but cannot be sure since the agency has not made an announcement to that effect. I note that we have not received any more receipts since the beginning of May and that the agency has begun to send back rejected petitions. Hello,   The USCIS has not finished mailing the receipts for our law office has been receiving receipt notices from the USCIS slowly over the past two weeks. The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), of which I am a member, anticipates that the process will go on well into the month of May. Good luck.

The receipt will be sent to the petitioner, not the beneficiary.  That means your employer should get the receipt.  I do not know how long it is taking to issue receipts in the H1B program.
