I am a permanent resident of U.S.A. I have applied for my husband's green card after marriage In Bangladesh.I left bangladesh after one year of marriage but my husband is still in Bangladesh.His interview will be within next 2/3 months and he is planning to arrive in U.S.A. December 2014.Now my question is our second marriage anniversary is on January 2015.So,will only 60 days for 2nd anniversary make him conditional resident in his port of entry???Or he will get permanent residency?

Hello. The green card is produced with a start date on the day he arrives in the US. Thus, if he arrives before the anniversary, it will be 2 years. His actual immigrant visa he gets in the passport should be good for several months and thus, he can delay his arrival to pass the 2nd anniversary. Good Luck!
