More details to this question:
My girlfriend and I are planning getting married. She is a Brazilian in te country legally on a tourist visa. We are planning on getting married in a month in Florida surrounded by her family and then moving in with me in Tennessee, where I have the means to provide for her fully and in our home, together. Can we do this?
IF she entered the country intending to visit but later decided to get married, then that’s ok. But if she entered the country intending to get married and concealed that intent from border patrol then she may have problems adjusting status. Discuss in private with counsel. Counsel anywhere in the USA can help you.
