QUESTION

Marrying a visiting canadian

Asked on Dec 26th, 2018 on Immigration - Pennsylvania
More details to this question:
My Canadian girlfriend is visiting both her mother(US green card holder,) and myself(citizen) for the next few months to get away from the cold where she lives in Canada. If I were to marry her while on this visit, would we be able to get a status adjustment even with today's immigration climate? Should I wait a specific time to get married after entry? Should I wait a specific time to file the needed applications?

This is not a Do It Yourself Project. You need to retain counsel to handle all steps from A through Z to make sure your fiance's application is processed withot snags. Good luck.
