My employer is not giving me my H1B 797 Approval notice, a legal advice is required?

More details to this question:
he says that he has lost the my approval notice and my H1B is starting this October. He said that he has re-applied for the notice and he sent me an electronic copy of re-application documentation but I doubt his documentation and believe that he is not deliberately giving me the document. He is not even giving me the hard copy of my H1B application receipt.an advice is required

Hi. If you do not intend to travel or change jobs, you do not necessarily need to worry about it. It is the employer's responsibility to document your right to work. Thus, you may stress to him that he needs it and you need it to get an SSN or driver's license.
