My husband is a DACA recipient, can he adjust his status after being paroled into the US?

More details to this question:
He recently got paroled, he has never been in any removal proceedings. We have been married 4 years now. How is the process to adjust and its usual timeframe? I, as the sponsor, am a U.S Citizen by birth.

Hello,   Depending on his immigration history and the type of parole he has, he may be able to adjust here. Although our law office has successsfully obtained green cards for people who entered with parole and have U.S. citizen spouses, every case is different and so I would suggest that you speak to an experienced immigration attorney about your specific situation before you move forward.
