Im a us citizen and ive been married for almost four years to my husband he is illegally in the usa but I want to get him his green card however hes been out of the usa once we bothe flew via american airlines to mx in 2012 bc his father was dying however we didnt get there in time but the fact of the matter he came back in the usa illegaly hes never been retained by immigration and his record is clean no felonys or anything can I get his green card still and what would I needto do,???.. we have a bby together and I really want to legalize him..

Hi. Unfortunately, if he was originally in the US illegally left and re-entered again illegally, he is permanently barred from processing for 10 years.
