My husband was deported back in 2011 he's back in the us and in jail for a warrant he had he has an immigration hold is there any way i can fix his immigration status and save him from getting deported back to Mexico. We are married and we have two children together i have a green card

Entry without inspection after removal is a separate criminal offense. Your husband may yet be charged for that. There is no relief from removal available for someone under the circumstances you describe.
