My marriage from my country wasn't recognized in the US because of my prior divorce issues. What can i do to marry the same person here in the US?

immigration declared my marriage with a US citizen in my country invalid because they didn't not recognize my prior divorce from my country with my ex-spouse. What can i do to be able to marry my wife again here in the US to make it valid for immigration purpose?

Why wasn't your marriage recognized in your country? Was your prior marriage legally terminated before you married your current spouse? Discuss with counsel.
