My pre completion OPT starts 5/14 and I plan to graduate by 8/14. I would apply for post opt to start 8/14. My employer wants to file for H1B in 04/14. Is my pre-OPT valid if H1B gets approved and will my post completion opt for the period of 8/14 to 10/14 be approved as I already have approved h1b?
