More details to this question:
My case is dat I went to interview and was married back home in my country and we have divorce and when I went for my interview back home for my visa,i told the lady dat I hv a baby verbally but I did not include in my Visa application, since I didn't put it in my Visa application, when I went for my interview here in us ,the lady ask me if I have a kid I say know, so do u think dat well b a problem to me

The standard for immigration misrepresentation is that the misrepresentation must be material to the application. If you are immigrating through employment, this would likely not be material to your application. If you are immigrating through the family based categories, it may depend upon what category you are immigrating under.
