QUESTION

My wifes immigration has been terminated due to inactivity.

More details to this question:
My wife has been approved for I130 petition of an alien relative back 2007 and was scheduled to have a medical jan25,2010 and interview feb.01.2010 but due to her delayed passport released she wasnt able to finish her medical but was allowed to continued it when she got her passport and she succesfully finish her medical the hospital staffs told my wife that her medical result together with her passport will be forwarded at the us embassy manila philippines and just wait for the letter of re schedule but months of waiting we did not recieve any letter of re-schedule for the interview we keep contacing them by phone,email,mailed and fax but we didnt recieved any response until after a year we recieved a letter which is were expecting for a re-schedule interview but it came out to be a termination letter which we called the us embassy manila philippines right away and was adviced to send them a letter for re-consideration and exlpanation why my wife wasnt able to attend her interview.

The best thing to do would be to send them a letter requesting reconsideration with the explanation they requested.
