Naturalized Citizen leaving the country

More details to this question:
I have a co-worker who was born in Vietnam, but is now a US Citizen. He wants to leave the US and go to Vietnam for 1-2 years. Will he lose his citizenship?

Hi. No, he will not lose his US citizenship. He can leave for as long as he wants. He should just make sure his passport is good for a few years.
