My wife applied for COS from H4 to F1 in August 2015. We just received RFE asking us to provide financial support documents to sponsor her tuition and living expenses for the course duration. We applied for Bank loan in India and it got approved. Is it enough to provide bank loan sanction letter and property documents supporting the bank loan in response to RFE?
