I want to know if I qualify for the executive action. I'm currently a student on an F visa. But this is my last semester so as of January 2015 I'll be out of status. I'm married to an illegal immigrant and we have 2 kids, they both are american citizens. My husband has stayed in USA since 2001, and I since 2008. If my husband qualifies, will I qualify as well or not?

Hello. You will not qualify. You must have been out of status when the policy was issued on 11/20/2014. I would always recommend maintaining your status. You should look into an employer sponsorship or your own investment (E2 visa).
