I am currently working as a Design Manager and the company that I work is able to sponsor a visa, but the problem is the time to get a EB-3 or even H1B it is one year or more, and I don't want to stop working and having to go back to my country. The process will take approximately 12 to 18 months assuming you are not from China, India, Mexico, Philippines, El Salvador, Guatemala, or Honduras. You may not have any option but to return to your native country if your nonimmigrant status has expired and you have not yet filed for adjustment of status.
