hello I been in united state from 2012 untile i got my citizenship in 2018 then in 2019 I traveled to overseas i got married and had 2 kids and came back to us in2021 now how can I bring my wife and kids to us can i pass my citizenship to my kids or how ?
It appears that you have the necessary residence in the US (five years with at least two of which were after the age of 14) to transmit US citizenship to your legitimate children. You should make an application to the consulate or embassy on form DS-2029 Application for Consular Report of Birth Abroad of a US citizen child. For your wife, you would have to file an I-130 relative petition for her, have that approved, and she would ultimately interview for an immigrant visa at the American consulate or embassy having jurisdiction in the home country to issue immigrant visas. You need to complete the registration of child born abroad and request passport for your children. For your wife, you need to complete an I-130 petition and once that is approved, form DS-260 so that she can immigrate to the US. There special requirements in these case it is better to get legal counsel. You will need to show you have sufficient income to sustain your family, among others.
Your children may already be US citizens. You should file a Consulate record of birth abroad (CRBA) with the US Embassy in the country of your children's birth. They should be able to document that they are already citizens by birth and provide a record of that for you. As far as your wife is concerned, you would need to sponsor her for a green card. You should retain counsel to handle the case from start to finish so that no mistakes delays or denials result.
