petitioner died how can i find out if my aplication was revoked?

More details to this question:
my I130 was approved on sept 19, 2005, my priority date is july 2004, my father died on may in this year, how can i find out is my application was revoked? was is considering the law approved in 0ct 28, 2009, that my dad pass away this year or my I130 was approved on 2005?

I am sorry for your loss. The case will not be revoked until they are informed that your dad has died. When the case goes to the national visa center and you need to show his financial support, you will then infrom them and ask for a reinstatement based on hardship and another relative who can provide the financial support.
