im planning to file a 1-130 on behalf of my hushband. we being married for 3 years and have a daughter. he whent to d.r but he pass 5 days over the lmit of stay, he was deported. will that deportation will influid, to obtain a green card of the usa.

it depends on where you and your husband are and when the terms of the removal action. When did the removal action occur in relation to your marriage.
