Proof of three month state residency for naturalization can be in the form of utility bills, telephone bills, credit card statements, cable bills, driver's license or any other correspondence or junk mail that would show that you have been living in the state or U.S.C.I.S. district for the three-month period of time.Due to the limitations of the Lawyers.com Forums, Alan Lee, Esq.'s (the "Firm") participation in responding to questions posted herein does not constitute legal advice, nor legal representation of the person or entity posting a question.
