Good evening. My name is francis bato. I got here in united state in was march 2010 my father is us army before & he petition me. and i convicted in crime for domestic violence assult 4 / no contact violation 2013 went to trial, & i lose .. judge gave me 6months but 2months good times in jail. So actually 4months in jail king county jail. Im not citezen yet. I wanna be a citezen. Its that still posible to do that.? I have 2kids in my country phillipines. I wanna go back there just for vacation to see them. Can i go back in the phillipines & go back here with no fear or nothing happen to me? I dont really know if what is my status now. If im deportable. Or what. Im just a regular person . Working 5days a week. Partime. I dont have money or someone can help to me to pay an attorny to help me. I hope u can help me. I have all my paperswork . If we needed. I am so depress. My plan in my life is to stay live here with my 2kids. For good.. but i dont know what is myvstatus ryt now. Hope
