More details to this question:
I m residing in India. Our relatives r living in USA. They did immigration file for us and that file was reopen in 2009 and they call us for visa and we gone for visa. But they refuse our visa by section 212(a) (6)1 and not giving visa. So my question is can we reopen our file and solve this issue?? Pls rely me. Thanks
There is no section of inadmissibility such as you have put down. The symbol after 212(a)(6) is not a number, but an alphabet symbol. For example, if the symbol is (C), such indicates some type of fraud or misrepresentation. If the symbol is (E), the ground of inadmissibility is smuggling of others. Without the information and other particulars about your case, I could not tell you whether you could reopen your file. You may wish to have an immigration lawyer examine all your papers to determine your situation and options.
