regarding E2 treaty investor visa

Asked on Oct 26th, 2014 on Immigration - New Jersey
More details to this question:
Hi, I'm a citizen of Australia and was born in India. Recently I purchased a coffee franchise in US whose parent company is in Australia and I own same franchise here too. I'd like to migrate to United States for my son's health support as he has Autism so initially I applied for L1A intercompany transfer which got denied due to being a franchise store. What options do I have which I can use for my entry to United states.

Hi. Sorry to hear your L1 was denied. A normal visa for a franchise is the E2. We help process them. I would need more information about the investment, source of the money, your current status, etc. Please email me if you would like a more detailed free consultation. Harun@ksvisalaw.com
