Regarding H1B transfer and new employer is not paying

More details to this question:
Took H1B transfer in April and employer applied for premium processing, employer didn't paid any salary till date and stating that the company policy is employee gets salary after H1B approval, employer is not sharing any information about my H1B receipt number and unwilling to provide any details. What can i do in this situation and my old employer stopped me paying in april.

You can file a complaint against the employer with USCIS and/or the Department of Labor.
