I came to US on a B2 visa and changed my status to F1, now i am holding and F1 visa. My daughter is 2 and half year old at present she is in india, she also has a b2 visa, My question is can i bring her to US on a b2 visa and can change her status her

You can bring your daughter here, but you will not be able to change her status. That could become a problem when her visa expires.
