Renewing green card by employers

More details to this question:
I hold a two years green card that I obtained through marriage, I'm getting divorced before renewing it, is it possible for my current employer to sponsor a new green card or renew it before this one expire? (They are willing to)

No. You will be required to file a petition to remove the conditions on your green card as a divorced person. This is known as an I-751 form. Please get an immigration lawyer to assist you as this is not very easy to do in your particular situation. You will have to prove the bona fides of your marriage and that you did not enter into the marriage to obtain a green card. This petition can be filed any time after you obtain a divorce.
