Returning to the U.S. after deportatiom

More details to this question:
My boyfriend was deported this past october after being denied cancellation of removal and appealing the decision. He had a criminal record containing crimes involving moral turpitude. Is there a way he can legally re-renter the USA? Is there some kind of relief?

The only way to come back would be to get the conviction overturned. That is very hard to do and takes a lot of time and money.
