THEY REVOKE MY SENTRI CARD SAYING I DON'T MEET THE REQUIREMENTS BUT THEY SAID CAN'T TELL ME ANYMORE. DO I HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW WHY THEY HAVE REVOKED MY SENTRI? I WENT TO ASK THEM PERSONALLY AND SHE SAID CAN'T TELL ME BECAUSE NATIONAL SAFE.
You don't have a right to the processing offered to SENTRI card holders. They can revoke the card at any time for any reason and there is nothing you can do about it. It just means you have to processes entry in the standard fashion.
