MY photo was damaged and my I 20 had wrong start date . Got new photos and an I 20 generated on SEP 25. I have the notice but the auto reply envelope got mixed with my sister. Shes mailing it and it will reach saturday oct 8th. I will Mail the package on Monday october 11th. I have time until Nov 24 to reply. My worry is does this I 20 have 30 day validity. It was generated on Sept 25. In case my mail delays? can i send the notice and docs in another envelope without waiting for the reply envelope.

Since you appear to have sent in your STEM OPT application on time and are only responding to an RFE to which you can respond by November 24, it would not appear that you have to worry about an I-20 having 30 days validity. You also do not have to use the reply envelope of U.S.C.I.S., and can use your own envelope. On most occasions when we have RFE responses, we do not use the envelope that comes with the RFE.
