QUESTION

Salary Not Paid - H1B

Asked on Jan 20th, 2017 on Immigration - Pennsylvania
More details to this question:
I am on H1B. In my LCA wage rate is specified from $85,000 per year. And my employer is paying more than specified wage just fine in 2016. But my employer missed to pay few pay checks in 2014 and 2015 and denying to pay them. I am planning to complain to Department of Labor for not paying in 2014 and 2015. Please suggest me my options.

You can file a complaint with the Department of Labor. You can also sue your employer for the unpaid wages.
