Should I begin the green card petition during pregnancy or after birth?

More details to this question:
I am a U.S Citizen and would like to marry my pregnant girlfriend which lives in Philippines. I am planning on doing the Green Card way since it is easier to say the least. Should I wait after she gives birth or during pregnancy to file?

It will take more than 9 months for your girlfriend/fiance to immigrant to the U.S. So even if you start now, she would not be here until after she gives birth so you can start it now.
