I'm married to a US citizen for 2.5 years now. I got my two years green card and am already expired. Two months before my card expired, we did join removal conditions and he sign too. We did that on December. They send me an extension paper that I can stay here for one more year. I got that on January. My green card expired on February so until now everything is ok. One year now our relationship has been really bad. On January, we went on vacation for three days. He booked his tickets and I booked mine with my cousin. He had different flight and different hotel and me and my cousin to another hotel. The situation was not ok from before and I didn't see him down there at all. When we came back, he was really mad about it. After two months, he found some pictures of me and another guy when I was in Miami. But it doesn't show something on the pictures. We are on the beach and holding hands and kissing on the cheek. He just filed for divorced. He has 3 weeks. He is not living here and he sends to the immigration the pictures and he told them that I cheated on him and that I married him for the citizenship. Nothing is true of them. I didn't get anything from the immigration yet and I'm waiting for my 10 years green card. What should I do at this point? I have pictures with bruises on my legs from two different times that he hit me.
