Should I file K-1 or CR-1?

Divorced by Islamic Sheikh in Canada 08/24/14. Married 05/28/15 Morocco they accepted Sharia divorce. Was told USA don't accept Sharia divorce therefore don't recognize new marriage still married to 1st husband in USA eyes. Filed divorce of 08/14 through courts judge signed divorce decree 10/19/15 in Canada. I am USA citizen and PR of Canada now residing in USA. I need Morocco husband here we are delivering our child March 2016. Which petition do I file and be successful? K-1 or CR-1?

Now that you are divorced, you need to get married in a valid marriage ceremony. After that you could file I-130 for your spouse. Before that, he is not your husband but a fiance. You need to file K1.    Family Based Immigration
