If you were told that you passed the tests and needed to wait, I would wait.

You can follow up with the local USCIS office where your interview was held through an INFOPASS appointment.

Generally a swearing in for naturalization is conducted within weeks of concluding the N-400 interview. It appears several weeks has passed since you attended your N-400 interview. You should make an Information pass inquiry to your local DHS office to inquire about the delay.

If you passed the citizenship interview and your application was approved, you should wait until you get your appointment letter for the oath ceremony. It can take as long as 6 months before you get your letter. If you want, you can apply for an information pass at your nearest USCIS office and ask for the status of your application.
