More details to this question:
On 06/16/2010 I received a "COMPLAINT / ARREST AFFIDAVIT FORM" for driving with an expired license more than four months. I took in a citation to court, but I was never brought to jail. I went to the court. This was the result: Case Action: CLOSED Plea Entered: NOT GUILTY Amount Due: NONE Disposition: NOLLEPROS Disposition Date: 12/14/2010 Currently I want to apply my residence. l understand that traffic violation cases need not be mentioned in the immigration forms. But in my case, according to the laws of Florida, is a traffic violation criminal case. My question is, should I report this fact to immigration?

Disclosing the incident will not prevent you from adjusting status. Without more information I would err on the side of caution and disclose the incident. You will need a certificate of disposition.
