Hi. I 'm a USA naturalized citizen and would like to sponsor my niece to live with me In the US . Her father who is one of my brothers has been kidnapped In Syria and he has been missing for the past 5 Years. My niece is about 14 years old and live now In Syria with her mother and her disabled brother.

There is no immigrant visa category that allows a US citizen to sponsor nephews and nieces. Although the situation that you describe is sympathetic, this Administration has shown little concern with even more humanitarian circumstances.
