Hi i got my green car this year ,i have a sponsor , my husband left me ,i read that i can sue my sponsor ,but i also read on some sites that it is to the government to sue my sponsor if i get some help ,i have no income i get lost in all these different informations thank you

You can indeed seek enforcement of the agreement with the sponsor - Affidavit of Support. This is regardless of what you read and where.

You are free to sue both your husband and your sponsor. The issue is whether a court would issue judgment against them. Some district courts have issued such judgments while others have stated only the government can sue the sponsor. You may be able to use the affidavit of support to obtain maintenance from your spouse.
