Hi, I am a US Citizen, and I am sponsoring my dad. His I-130 was recently approved. How do we apply for his wife, my step-mom? They got married when I was 26 years old.

If they got married after you turned 18, then you cannot sponsor your stepmom. Dad could sponsor stepmom after Dad gets his green card.
