my child filled I-130 petition for me. She live in Lebanon with her family and she couldn't travel with her family to USA. But I have other 3 children and my brothers who are in USA. Could somebody of them replace her as a petitioner.

Your daughter's I-130 is separate and cannot be replaced. If your other children are U.S. citizens they would just file their own I-130 petitions for you. Good Luck.
