I was born in England and moved to America when I was 10years old. I have a permanent resident card that runs out in 2015. I had a son (born in America) that is now a few months old. If his father is NOT on his birth certificate can my son and I go back to England and it be okay?

What do you mean by "okay"? Okay for your son to return later? Okay for you to return later? Okay for Great Britan to accept him?
